This guide will show you how to achieve Neighborhood Watch and Disorganized Crime.
After completing the mission Keeping the Peace they can engage in any citywide crime. These are marked with a red triangle containing a red and a black exclamation point on the map. Crimes are not part either of the main missions or of side missions. However, they can earn players Crime Tokens if completed and are required to complete a district. Each crime in the base game involves capturing one of four enemy types: street thugs; Inner Demons; Raft inmates escaped Ryker’s or Raft prison inmates; and Sable International mercenaries.
Thug Crimes
After completing the Keeping the Peace mission, these crimes become available. Thug Crimes may turn into hostage situations that can lead to the victim being taken hostage. They are also the subject a few Just the Facts episodes. Those episodes include "Breaking In", which is prompted after failing a Break-In Crime, "A Loop", (prompted after failing to capture the suspects involved in a Drug Deal Crime), and "Blame the Internet", where the victim was not stopped in a Stolen Vehicle Crime. J. Jonah Jameson is going to berate Spider-Man throughout all these episodes.

Demoncrimes
These crimes can be broken down into groups of three. As the story progresses, certain crimes become more available. Demon Ambush (or Demon Armored Car), Demon Shootout, and Demon Shootout will be unlocked once you have completed the Financial Shock mission. Demon Bomb Threat, Demon Hostages and Demon Truck Bomb will be unlocked after you have completed the And the Award is to… mission. Checkpoint Assault is available after completing Dual Purpose. Once you have completed the Out of the Frying Pan… mission all Sable agents must be defeated in order to access the Demon Crimes.

Prisoner Crimes
After the completion of the investigation, these crimes become possible. Out of the Fryingpan… mission.

These crimes are available after completing Jury Rigging in the "Turf Wars DLC." It involves crimes committed by Hammerhead's criminal gang. Additional Hammerhead Crimes can be found in the "Silver Lining", DLC. This is available to players after completing Mission Rio Bravo. They have no bonus objectives, like Maggia Crimes.
