Complete Item and Trade Chart [Spoilers]

This information was found by datamining the game’s a*sets and decompiling its code. I believe all information within to be accurate, but I admittedly did not exhaustively examine the decompilation.
 
 
Each time you search or talk, you have a chance to get an item. You cannot get duplicates of an item from searching or talking, but you can get all searching or talking items from an area with enough attempts.
