Here’s another place for farming some XP and loot, with little risk to yourself, and little need to wait for respawning enemies.
 
 

Basics

This farming spot includes using the map as cover, so you’ll need:
 
 
– Any armor penetrating weapon, such as most tech weapons and high-power rifles.
 
(I’d reccomend the DB-2 Satara, Techtronica RT-46 Burya, and Darra Polytechnic DR-12 Quasar
 
 
-Surplus ammo for your weapon(s) of choice.
 
 
-At least two neurons (The NCPD can’t afford even one).
 
 
-Oh, and be sure to put the difficulty on Very Hard for the most gains.
 
 
 

Place

The spot I found is directly under a highway on-ramp, reason being is that the NCPD will attempt to path onto the on-ramp to reach you, rather than under it where you actually are.

Strategy

-Get under the on-ramp to block you from bullets.
 
 
-Look at the enemies.
 
 
-Shoot them.
 
 
-Stop when you are content, or out of ammo.
 
 
-Collect whatever loot hasn’t despawned yet.
