
Simple guide to create your own maps on Black One Blood Brothers
Basics
User interface

Drag and drop an a*set
***
Duplicate an a*set (recommended: set “duplicate” input -> alt left)

Scale an a*set

Switch a*set
Advanced
Place a combined actor like building doesn’t required extra actors (floor…)

Place task spawns to set random locations of tasks at the beginning of the mission
Enemy and patrol
Add “Enemy spawn” on the map to set random locations of enemies during the mission

Use some “Enemy spawn” to define patrol path used by enemy
***
Player insertion
Place once or more “Player spawn” to define insertion of player and the squad
***
Place “Camera insertion” to set location of the camera in insertion mode (only once)

Place “Insertion path” to set path used by an operator or helicopter
***

Zones
Place “Blocking zone” to block movement and AI navigation in a area

Place once or more “Zone” to define spawn and despawn of enemies in term of squad location
Create a building with floors system
Create your own building with modular a*sets and create a floors system used in the battle plan
Save map and play
Save your work

Go to C:\Games\BOBB\Maps
***
Add thumbnail for your map named: MAPNAME_Thumbnail.jpg (resolution: 300*420px)

Check in map menu and play!
