Open Options

Press ESC and click on Options button
 

 
 
 

Go to GAMEPLAY

Click on GAMEPLAY button
 

 
 
 

Turn off this mission checkbox

This checkbox allows you to disable missions in Freeroam mode.
 
New map funcion (zoom) will still be available.
