The easiest and fastest way for this game to run on windows 10 is by following this guide. Dx11 is compatible on most modern gpu’s. Even integrated gpu’s such as the intel HD 4000. You should note that this is an old point andclick adventure game, and it is only limited to 21 fps. I couldn't find a way to unlock it. However, it is playable. Performance fix is not mentioned in most guides. Under those circumstances, the game runs at 1-2 fps.
Here are the steps:
-Download DGvoodo2 directly from this website

Download the latest version. This version is for regular usage and is listed under the heading "Latest stable edition".
(Note: Dgvoodo2 can run the old PC games on Dx11 to make them more compatible with the latest hardware & operating system.
-Extract your zip file to a folder of your choice
-After extraction, run the file dgvoodoCPL.exe
After that, select the DirectX Tab. There, select your video card as Geforce9800 GT.
-Now close this program and open the MS directory in the same folder where you extracted the zip file from DGvoodo2.
-In the MS folder, open the x86 file. Copy the 4 files from the x86 folder and paste them to the place where the game is being installed. In my case its C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Robin Hood. After that, go to the folder where Dgvoodo is extracted and copy dgVoodoo.conf.
After copying the files to the directory, run your game. It will work flawlessly and the MSI Afterburner overlay will also work. You can also use reshade.
