This is a fix for Chrono Trigger (post March 2022 update) that brings a better font & some battle mode UI changes (which remove the health & ATB bars).

This fix cleans up the font & remove the HP & ATB bars from underneath your party members (I figured the sound effect + white outline on the active character was enough for that, and this looks a little cleaner to my personal taste — the Battle UI is not inspired by the cla*sic version, but instead means to be as least intrusive as possible while still keeping it still legible)

• Replace the file resources.bin in your Steam folder: Steam\steamapps\common\Chrono Trigger

The font & Battle UI fix is only for the English version of the game, but if you would like to use this updated Battle UI in other languages, you can download these 2 files (https://ufile.io/bn2m14lo – [ufile.io]  & https://ufile.io/0i0lo4ux – [ufile.io] ) and use CT Explore by RiverNyxx – [steamcommunity.com]  to replace the files for your proper localization. (battle_menu.png can be replaced in the main a*sets found towards the top of CT Explore, however battle_interface.png must be replaced in your proper localization version found under Localization/en/png/battle_interface.png for example)
