Joining the Imperial Legion :
 
To join the Imperial Legion, travel to Solitude and find General Tullius in Castle Dour (Up the ramps to the left). After talking to General Tullius and Legate Rikke, they will ask you to clear Fort Hraggstad and then you will have to take an oath.
 
Once the oath taken, the quest will end and the achievement will unlock.
 
 
Joining the Stormcloaks :
 
To join the Stormcloaks, travel to Windhelm and the Palace of the Kings to speak to Ulfric. After speaking to Ulfric and Galmar Stone-Fist, they will ask you to travel to The Serpent Stone and kill an ice wraith, and then you will have to take an oath.
 
Once the oath taken, the quest will end and the achievement will unlock.

Finally shoot a Sunhallowed Arrow (or a Bloodcursed Arrow) from Auriel’s Bow at the sun and the achievement will unlock.

To start the Dragonborn questline you first must have completed the quest The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller – [fandom.com] .
 
The next time you will visit a city during day time, two Cultists will attack you. After killing them, a note can be found on their corpse, Cultists’ Orders, which will then start the whole questline.
