This guide will help you to obtain all achievements in the game.
 
 

Introductions

Two playthroughs are needed to get all achievements: Altruistic and Euthanized can’t be obtained in the same playthrough, and you definitely need to do Something About Karisvale in a separate run. Try to get most achievements in your first run, and just speed run your way in your second run to get the last 2 achievements.
 
 
For your reference, the game took 1.1h to finish in my first playthrough, and ~10 minutes in my second playthrough.
 
 
 

Achievements

Hey, Vincent!
 
Speak with Echo.
 
 
Interact with the dog in Central Karisvale.
 
 

 
 
You, Season 4
 
View Itsy-Betsy’s photos.
 
 
Interact with the photos inside the dilapidated tower in Central Karisvale. You just need to enter the tower to the northeast corner from the north side.
 
 

 
 
You Have No Respect for Boundaries
 
Read the Mayor’s Journal.
 
 
Read the mayor’s journal in the bedroom. Head right from Mayor’s Estate to reach it.
 
 

 
 
Ace Ventura
 
Interact with the bear’s 2 children.
 
 
Interact with the bear with the same stature as the achievement icon. There is one in the bedroom in Mayor’s Estate, and the other is inside the house in Senescence Ridge. Head downstairs to talk to the Old Bear, and follow the path until you fall down the hole. The other bear is in the north exit, to the east.

Complete Ms. Minerva’s quiz.
 
 
Ms. Minerva is 1 screen north from Mayor’s Estate. Answer:
 
– Itsy-Betsy.
 
– History of a location.

Pull the lever in the maze and complete the challenge.
 
 
In Distant Chaparral, flick the switch below the fountain, then head all the way to the east to reach a dead flower.
 
 
Loquacious
 
Speak to every resident of Karisvale.
 
 
– Old Wanderer: the man in Central Karisvale
 
– Echo the Shiba: the dog in Central Karisvale
 
– Itsy-Betsy: woman in Central Karisvale’s north exit (before entering Mayor’s Estate)
 
– Ms. Minerva: woman 1 screen north in Mayor’s Estate
 
– Mayor Valentine: Mayor’s Estate, 1 screen west from where Ms. Minerva is
 
– Dozey Bumpkin: Distant Chaparral, from dead flower 11/20, head north
 
– Old Bear: inside the house in Senescence Ridge, head downstairs and talk to the bear
 
– Lady Kara: inside the house in Senescence Ridge, head upstairs and talk to the woman
 
– Lost Man: inside the house in Senescence Ridge, head downstairs, and fall down the hole. head to the north exit and go through the steel door
 
 
Altruistic
 
Serve the Admin towards his important objective and keep the AI’s alive.
 
 
Self-explanatory. Choose the option to the left at the end of the game.
 
 
Euthanized
 
Destroy Karisvale and free the AI’s from torment.
 
 
Self-explanatory. Choose the option to the right at the end of the game.
 
 
Something About Karisvale
 
Complete the game in under 10 minutes.
 
 
Self-explanatory. Just skip all the dead flowers and head straight to Mayor Valentine and Lost Man.
