This guide will help players reach 100% completion of The Forest. Although I am not yet done with the game, I wrote this guide to help me get a better understanding. The following sources and information were important to me:

Survival
You will need to be able either to sleep or to survive for the achievements listed below.
First Night
Survive 1 Night
This can be achieved by living through a night. Since it is cheap on resources, I would use a temporary shelter my first night.
5 Star Hotel
Sleep on yacht
This is possible by sleeping on the Yacht at South End of the Map. I would set up my base around this area, specifically on that peninsula to the left. Then you can unlock it whenever and wherever you want. Beware of sharks in the waters!
Ca*sette Tape 1 must be purchased.
The Yacht can be located below the blue star.

Survivalist
Survive 5 nights
This can be achieved by surviving the fifth Night. I believe five nights should have been enough.
Bad Father
Survive 100 Days
This is a remarkable achievement.
This achievement is possible if you survive 100 days in one save. Fun!
Hunting
To unlock the achievements, you must hunt animals.
Fisherman
Use a trap to catch fish. As a solo player or as a team in Multiplayer.
This can be done by catching fish in an animal trap underwater.
Monster
Kill a bunny. As a single player or as a team in Multiplayer.
This achievement is unlocked by killing a bunny any way you like. This achievement can only been achieved by a single player according to the wiki. I'm quite certain that I completed it in multiplayer. To make it easier than my original method of chasing rabbits with a weak spear, I would have an animal trap built in the forest.
Unseen
Make and wear stealth armour
This is possible by crafting stealth gear using one lizard's skin and 15 leaves from the inventory. Once it's equipped, unlock it. You can find them almost everywhere on the map. Or they will run away from you surprisingly quickly if you don't try to catch them. Crocodiles are also known to drop lizard-skin and can be found near the river at the northern end. Crocodiles can be dangerous in early-game, so be careful.
Birdseye
Kill the bird with an arrow
You can achieve this achievement by killing all birds with an arrow. This achievement can either be obtained with a modern bow or a crafted bow. It's better to wait until the bird is actually on the ground before shooting.
Commercial Fisherman
With a stick dynamite, you can kill 6 or more fish
This achievement is possible by killing six fish in one go with dynamite. You will need to locate a spot along the coast or in a waterway where six fish spawn and then throw dynamite right next to them. It won't be able to be thrown into the seawater, as it could cause it to explode.

Kill shark
This achievement is possible by killing a shark. Sticky bombs will stick to sharks to kill them. You can also use a range of weapons. Remember that sharks are not able to be attacked underwater and can kill you in as little as two-three bites.
Trophy Hunter
Kill all types of animals and display heads
This achievement can be achieved by building headtrophies for each animal in the game. This achievement requires 11 animal head.

Combat
To unlock the achievements listed below you must kill hostile enemies.
Splatter
Killed enemy with rock
This achievement can only be obtained by killing an opponent and being knocked to the ground with a simple rock. This achievement does not count for upgraded rock. To make this easier, I would use a 100%-damage rock because key-binds are hard in this game.
Minor Cannibalism
Eat an enemy
This achievement can only be achieved by eating two legs and one arm. This achievement is not possible if you don't have dried limbs. These can be cooked on a basic or fire pit fire and eaten as is.
Major Cannibalism
You can feed your entire family
This achievement can only be obtained by eating 12 arms, 12 legs. For this achievement, you cannot use dried limbs. Cook them on a basic fire or in a firepit and pretend everything is okay.
Choppy Chop
50 bodies are available
This can be obtained by chopping off both the arms and legs of 50 bodies. My friend found this after seven days of multiplayer. If you keep grinding, you will soon unlock it.
Serial Killer
In Single Player, kill 100 Cannibals
This achievement can only be obtained by killing 100 of the cannibals in a single game. You can either kill enemies naturally in a long single player game, or you can set traps next to a bonfire that will lure cannibals towards you. Have fun in court!
Building
These achievements are often connected to building.
Repairman
Repair a shelter
You can unlock this achievement by repairing shelters. To repair your hunting shelter, you can use a Repair tool (2x Stick + 1x Stone + 2x Cloth + 10x SAP) to fix it.
Climate Change
100 trees to be chopped down
This can be accomplished by cutting 100 trees with an axe, chainsaw, or explosives. I'm confident you will soon achieve this. Keep at it until you do. This achievement can be achieved in Normal mode without cheating, and isn't too difficult to attain unlike the next.
Save The Forest, But Not Now
1000 trees were cut down
This achievement can be achieved using explosives, the chainsaw, and axes to cut down 1,000 trees. I don't want you to be excited, but have fun with this one!
Timmy should be your priority
Construct a gazebo
This is a remarkable achievement.
This is possible when you complete a gazebo blueprint. Treat yourself!
Longest Wall
Make a super long wall
This achievement is possible by placing a plan for a very long wall. According to Wikipedia, all you need is a blueprint. If that fails, you can throw away some logs.
Foraging
To unlock the achievements, you will need forage for herbs or mushrooms.
Naturopath
Craft 10 medicine items
This achievement is possible by crafting ten medicinal items. You can only achieve this achievement with Herbal Medicine (1x Aloe +1x Marigold) / Herbal Medicine+ (1x Aloe+1x Marigold +1x Coneflower), so make five of each. These two items count towards achieving the Crafty achievement.
Green Thumb
All plant types can grown
You can unlock this achievement if you grow all three plant types. This achievement appears to be cumulative, but it is not confirmed by me. First, you'll need to create a garden plan. Once that is done, you can then start looking for blueberry seeds or aloe seeds. These seeds should be planted by pressing down the bound key binding shown in the middle.
You are a very fun guy
All types of mushrooms should be consumed
This achievement is possible by eating all types and types of mushrooms. The Forest also has Chanterelle Mushrooms (Puff Mushroom), Chanterelle Mushrooms (Deer Mushroom), Liberty Cap Mushrooms Mushrooms Mushrooms Mushrooms Jack Mushroom and Jack Mushrooms).
Story
These achievements can only be achieved by engaging in story-related fields.
Make it Rain
End game: Start the sprinklers
This is a remarkable achievement.
This achievement is possible by activating sprinklers in specific hallways. These sprinklers can also be found at the Sahara Laboratory. You can use a flare or fire gun to shoot an enemy, or you may shoot the sprinkler directly.
Daily Grind
You can drink coffee from your coffee machine
This is a remarkable achievement.
This achievement is possible by drinking coffee from the machine. This coffee maker can be found at the Sahara Laboratory cafeteria.
Big Spender
Buy soda and candy from a vending machines
This is a remarkable achievement.
You can achieve this feat by purchasing a Soda and Snack in two vending machines. These vending machine can also be found in the Sahara Laboratory cafeteria. Treat yourself!
Gross!
Drink from the water cooler that has the human skull inside it
This is a remarkable achievement.
This achievement can only be obtained by interacting inside the tank's cooler with a head. This water cooler can found in the Sahara Laboratory. After defeating the boss Mutant, you will find it by the second access gate. It will be located in an office to the right with an activate projector.
Survive in the Forest
Finish Game
This achievement is possible by beating the game.
Caves
To unlock the achievements listed below, you will need cave exploration.
Cave 1 (Dead Cave).
Cave 1 contains two items as well as one pa*senger that count towards achievement.

This achievement is possible with the help of a compa*s. It is quite self-explanatory.
Cave 3 (Wet Cave).
Cave 3 has one item that counts towards achievements

Cave 6 (Lawyer Cavern)
Technically Cave 6 has only one item that counts towards achievements.

Cave 7 (Chasm Cave).
Cave 7 includes seven pa*sengers and three items. This counts towards achievements.

- Get Closure Cave 7 is home to seven pa*sengers. (11E, 11D, 5B, 11A, 4B, 10A, 3C)
- Good Father. Cave 7 contains Timmy's Toy Right Arm, and Toy Right Leg.
- Pedometer Cave 7
Cave 7 also has a Modern Bow, Tennis Racket and Flashlight, Old Gun Ammo (Photo Cache #4 and #5), and Camcorder Tape #4.
After you have collected all the parts, go into inventory and combine them to create the Full Toy.
Good Father
All robot pieces collected
This is the Full Toy. These parts are located in Caves 1, 2, 5, 7, and 7.
Cave 8 (Sinkhole Cave).
Cave 8 is empty of any items, but your visit counts towards the Spelunker achievement.

This achievement can only be obtained by collecting all ca*settes tapes. This achievement should be complete after you have collected Cave 10's #3. If it isn’t there, check the Yacht for Ca*sette Tape #1.
Spelunker
Explore all caves
Explore all caves to unlock it (not sure if you'll get there). This should be done after exploring Cave 10, but it's a smart idea to get the Map in Cave 2 first to avoid any backtracking.
Cave HC – Hell Cave
Cave HC doesn't have any items but is essential to the story.

Challenges
The achievements listed below are achievements that I consider to be challenges.
Pacifist
Do not kill cannibals repeatedly for more than 10 consecutive days
This achievement can only be achieved if you don't kill cannibals for ten consecutive days.
Get Closure
Find all missing pa*sengers
This can be done by finding all the pa*sengers who have disappeared from the plane. See

Step Master
Steps to 50,000
Use the Pedometer in Cave 7 to unlock this and reach 50,000 steps. Keep in mind that steps are not counted until you have a Pedometer.

This achievement can be unlocked by setting off twenty bombs. This is possible with sticky bombs or dynamite.
Demolition Expert
You can take down 6 to 8 trees with one explosive
This is possible by using an explosive that can knock down six trees. Use dynamite to knock down large clumps trees.
Vegan
You can complete the entire game without killing, eating, or torturing animals
This is achieved by completing the game without killing animals. It's a good idea to speed-run without killing any animal. Assume that killing one animal will stop the run. Only the rebreather (5 Cave 5), climbing knife (9 Cave 9), and keycard (6 Cave 6) are required for the game to be completed. To get the achievement, Timmy will have to be saved.
Multiplayer
To unlock these achievements, you must play in multiplayer.
Be nice
Share a food or beverage item in MP
This achievement can be obtained by combining your metallic tin tray and any food or drink item, then equipping it so that another player can collect it. A metal tin plate can be found at the back of the plane, while food and drink items can still be found around the wreckage. It should be straightforward to do so immediately.
Camp Out
Sleep with another person (group sleep).
You can achieve this achievement by sharing a shelter and sleeping with another player. Great wording!
First Responder
Revive one coop player
This achievement can be obtained by reviving a deceased player. Simple enough!
Be Extremely Nice
Share a weapon on MP
This achievement is possible by combining the metal-tin tray with an item of weapons, equipping it, then having another player take it. I did it with a weak spear (two stick) and got it.
Medic
Revive 10 coop players
This achievement can be obtained by restoring ten players before their deaths.
