]Step 1: Join the Shooting Range in the Training Tab of Play.
 
 

 
 
Step 2: Type in the chat, “/Toggleclient3p”.
 
Step 3: Then press enter and BAM your camera is now third person!
 
Step 4: If you so desire to go back to first person then simply type, “/Toggleclient3p” once more.
