This is the minimum amount of barrels you need to reach the window. After stacking them, climb on top of the barrels and then jump to the window.
 
 
 

Inside the window

 
 
After climbing inside, you will be able to see the map outside. With an incendiary bolt, I was able to hit the funny little crowman and glitch his textures.
