Playing In Windowed Mode

All it takes is five simple steps
 

1. Right click the game in your steam library
2. Select “Properties”
3. Select the “General” tab
4. In the “Launch Options” box, enter
    
    
    

   -screen-fullscreen 0 -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080

5. You’re done!

 
You can change the 1920 and 1080 parts to be whatever other resolution you want.
