The whole thing (It’s not that hard)

Right click on Halo in your steam library
 
Select “Browse Local Files”
 
 

 
 
Open the folder titled “videos”
 
Rename the video titled “intro.mp4” to “intro_old.mp4”
 
Move the video you want to use into the folder and name it “intro.mp4”
 
Or just don’t put anything in there to skip the intro on startup.
 
enjoy making bad memes or spending less time staring at logos.
