1 truffle oil
 
5 pine resin

Buy or construct a barn and a pig there. This will extract truffles on site. After which, it will be possible make the oil yourself
 
 
With resin, things are a lot easier. You just need the sap collector to be placed under the tree and then wait for the sap.
