There are 16 possible locations for the horseshoes to spawn. You need to collect all 5 horseshoes for this achievement.

1: In the building at the start.
 
 

 
 
2: Behind these two barrels in the second area.
 
 

 
 
3: Immediately to the left after lockpicking the gate, on top of these wooden barrels.
 
 

 
 
4: Behind these boxes on the far right side of the map.
