These are some seeds I found where the starting island is only the Meadows biome. Some are decent sized islands while other ones may provide interesting or challenge builds. If you are wanting a starting island where you can build a main base by spawn or just want to create a spawn base to show off your building skills, you may want to check out these seeds.

Seed: Sepultura

Just gonna get this one out of the way. Tiny starting island. Somewhat close to a larger Meadow. Definitely a challenge build if you decide you wanna make a bridge to cross the gap to the larger area.

A somewhat decent sized island with little ponds.

A little island wedged between two larger ones. Would be a decent building challenge if you are into building bridges to cross to either side.

This one is a bit more interesting than the others as there is the spawn island, a small Meadows only to the left and a larger Meadows island that has a Mountain and tiny shreds of Black Forest on it. So quite a nice layout if you wanna spread out your build.
