Your skills don’t have to be identical to this list, but some what close. Some of these skills will benefit from the perks above so don’t spend points on stuff like barter or small guns, those gain tiny points just by playing.

Quest Perks
 

  • Ant Might – Complete the “Those!” quest. Kill the ants and ask for the Ant Might perk.
  • Bark Skin – Complete the “Oasis” quest. Destroy Harold’s heart to receive the perk.
  • Survival Guru – Complete the “Wasteland Survival Guide” quest. Do all the extra objectives to get this version of the perk. (Doing only the main objective gives a different perk.)
  • Power Armor Training – Complete the “Operation: Anchorage” DLC. Completing it automatically gives you the perk.
