Many Eurotruck Simulator 2 users have this problem. So I thought in creating this guide that will help.

This problem is caused by constantly using a profile that is created in Singleplayer and use in multiplayer MOD, then back to single, goes to MP, etc.
 
This can not be used like this, you nead to have several profiles, one for the single, another for the Multiplayer, another to test mods, and so on.
 
 
Este problema é causado por estar constantemente a usar um perfil que é criado no Singleplayer e usar no MOD multiplayer, depois volta ao single, vai ao MP, etc.
 
Isto não pode ser usado a*sim, tem de ter varios perfis, um para o single, outro para o Multiplayer, outro para testar mods, e a*sim sucessivamente.

First navigate to this inside your computer:
 
“Your Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/config.cfg”

*Note you will need to open this in Notepad or Wordpad, another good free program to Download is notepad++ but either Notepad or Wordpad will do the job.*
 
 

 
 

 
Next you will need to find these lines of code (By using CTRL + F) and searching the following:
 
 
uset g_console
 
uset g_developer
 
 
instead of a 0 change these to a 1

One finished save and quit.
 
Save the file
 
In Notepad, click on “File” → “Save”.
 
Save the file.

Next we’re going to open your Euro Truck Simulator 2 game and selecting your Multiplayer profile navigate in game. For opening the console press “\” or “`” or “~” located next to your number one key.
 
For french keyboards use ~ = ²
 
Pour les claviers français la touche ~ corespond à ² pour le reste rien ne change.
 
 

 
 
Type this into the console to reset the economy:
 
 
g_force_economy_reset 1
 
 
After doing that press enter and re-navigate back to the profile screen. Selecting your profile again and navigating back in game you will need to redo the process above this time changing the 1 to a zero.
 
 
Open the console again using “\” or “´” or “~” located next to the one key and type this into the console:
 
For french keyboards use ~ = ²

g_force_economy_reset 0
 
 
And that’s it you’re good to go and hopefully start trucking online. If you’re job list ever disappears again you can try sleeping or repeat the process above but hopefully it keeps refreshing.
 
 
“If you are in-game and you can’t sleep, because you already did and you are not tired anymore, and there are no jobs, instead doing all this stuff, you can also press F7 and Enter. This will fix the problem faster.”

Steps to be taken between….

After resetting the economy you must save and exit the game.
 
Return economy to “0”, Return to save and exit the game.
 
When you re-enter the game, it will work.
