This guide will show how to unlock every follower's skin for the "Full Flock". This guide will walk you through/list all of the secret followers that are available to you.

This page lists all the different Follower Skins & Follower Forms that you can apply in Cult of the Lamb to your cultists, as well as how to unlock the follower skins.
 
 

 
 
*Please note that DLC exclusive skins are not included in this list as they do not contribute to the achievement.
 
 
You can buy followers from merchants and find them in chests. There are also special missions that can unlock them. Some followers can even been unlocked by killing minibosses.

Secret Follower Skins

Secret Follower skins do not exist in biomes and require additional tasks to earn them. They can be easy to difficult depending on how hard you play.
 
 
 
 
The "Rat Follower Skin", is the first skin I will be covering.
 
 
The Rat Follower is one of your earliest skins that you can unlock. After you've entered Darkwood several times, your mentor Ratau will finally be satisfied that your cult is on the right track and will ask you to visit his Lonely Shack. Once you reach The Lonely Shack, look out for piles containing firewood just to the right of the shack. There are many places to collect the Rat Follower Skin.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The second follower skin I'll be covering is the "Fish Skin Follower."
 
 
After wandering through Darkwood a few time, you will encounter a fisherman who can allow you to go to Pilgrim's Pa*sage. It is possible to fish up the skin from this area, but it can be quite difficult.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The "Axolotl" Follower Skin will be my third.
 
 
This skin is also found in Pilgrim’s pa*sage, which is located to the left of the lighthouse. The Lighthouse Keeper is located inside. He will ask you for help in fixing the Lighthouse, providing a few lumber, and will reward your efforts accordingly. He'll ask you for 25 Crystal Shards to repair the Anchordeep area.
 
 
Find enough Crystal Shards in order to repair the Lighthouse, and he will award you the Axolotl Followinger Skin.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The "Crab Follower Skin", which is my fourth skin, will be what I cover.
 
 
You will need to travel into Anchordeep to get this skin. There, you will meet a man that will invite you to Smuggler's Sanctuary. Look around until you see a crab. Once you have caught him, your skin will be yours.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The "Star Follower Skin," is the fifth skin I'll be covering.
 
 
After reaching the final region in Silk Cradle you may stumble upon a sign that unlocks Midas's Cave. This area is home to heaps of gold and gold-melted characters. The Star Follower Skin is hidden behind the gold piles that surround Midas’ throne.
 
 
 
 
The "Wolf Follower Skin", the Sixth Skin that I will be covering, is the "Wolf Follower Skin."
 
 
The Wolf Follower's Skin can only been obtained at the end a long questline, which can begin as soon you reach Pilgrim’s Pasage. The best time to visit the areas is at night. Look along the pier for the green crescent. Once you have gotten the environment, you will be able to interact with it to spot the spooky wolf creature wearing robes. Each of the four quests he offers you are specific to the area you unlock. You can only find him at night by looking for the crescent symbol that is hidden in each place. He will ask you to sacrifice followers and other crazy things, and you must agree to help him in his quest.
 
 

 
 
After you have reached Midas' Cave, make sure to check the far back area for his last hiding place. He will ask for the ultimate sacrifice. You will receive the Wolf Follower Skin and his last Holy Talisman.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The Seventh Skin I will be covering, the "Poop Follower Skin."
 
 
It's not difficult to get the skin if your followers are sick and you're willing do a lot of cleaning. To win this prize, you'll need to make a certain number of Bowls of Poop. If you do not make enough, your followers might be surprised. Once enough have been created, the Poop Followinger Skin will automatically be displayed.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The Eighth Skin I will cover is the "Mad Monster Follower Skin."
 
 
This skin is secret. You will need a map to find Rakshasa's shop, which sells food as well as his giant snail lady. Rakshasa is likely to become angry if you hit the snail. The merchant will fight you if you hit it enough. Do not worry, the fight is quite easy if your dodge is good.
 
 

 
 
Rakshasa won't be able to accept defeat if Rakshasa doesn't beat you. You'll also get the Mad Monster Statue from him, a unique decoration that can only be built one of.
 
 
Return to your Cult and construct the statue. You'll be able interact with and pray at the Mad Monster Statue. The Mad Monster Follower Skin will then be available for you.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The "Snail follower Skin" is my Ninth and Final Skin.
 
 
This skin is difficult to obtain due to its rarity. To get this skin, however, you must kill snails in Anura or Darkwood. These snails are rare to be spotted and, even if they are killed, they still have the ability to drop their shells.
 
 
Once you have collected 5 shells you can go to the snail shrines. These are hidden in all 5 areas you could travel to.
 
 
*My advice to snails is to be killed as soon and as possible after they are spotted more frequently.
