Take a picture of the city from the Cliff House
 
 
When you arrive at the Cliff House go to the backyard & cut down these two trees.

Once you cut these trees down go to the furthest corner of the house & stand along the stone fence.
 
 

 
.
 
Pull up your tablet & take a photo facing the Moonrise Bay sign & it should trigger the achievement.

This is my first guide i’ve made but I hope it’s helpful for others. I used other guides that mentioned standing on the deck with the helicopter pad but I couldn’t get it to work for me. Standing on ground level & taking these steps is what triggered the achievement for me!
