I have no idea why, but the game options are extremely limited and I’ve encountered a bug, where for a moment I had to turn off my monitor and the game display switched into low resolution TV – for some reason the game remembered that low resolution ever since. It’s a silly bug, but since the game is a bit new it’s not so obvious how to fix that.
 
 

Solution

In game properties there’s a field called “Launch Options”. Type there:
 
 

-screen-width 1024 -screen-height 768

 
This will give you 1024×768 window – adjust the numbers to your usual resolution.
 
 
Abowe is a normal windowed game. But you can also have a borderless window:
 
 

-popupwindow -screen-width 1024 -screen-height 768

 
 
Or a fullscreen:
 
 

-screen-fullscreen 1 -screen-width 1024 -screen-height 768
