Most guides give info on the amount of materials you can collect to upgrade weapons, but never tell you directly what you can use to just sell this guide will just give you a list of stuff you can sell without worry. Some stuff might be needed for quests, but I will let you know which ones.

Boar Liver – 2,500 gold
 
 
Boar Meat – 300 gold

Goat Meat – 160 gold (Need 3 for The Runaway Son, but safe to sell after that)
