To begin, open Chapter Select. Then go to “Cove”. It should be at or near the top of the list.
 
 
Follow the water up to the left-most triangular point, which is exactly where I am standing in the screenshot.
 
 

 
 
I’m facing the islands, my back to the ocean.
 
 
Turn right to face the ocean and then turn left to follow the water. You will eventually find this under water.
 
 

 
 
As you walk through this area, a spherical piece of rock appears from the ground. The achievement will pop if you interact with it.
