I had problems to find any simple food maps, so i made something for myself. Hopefully it helps others too.
 
You just walk to area to area and eat that food so you get all boosts. You need to cross over rivers 2 times per run.
 
 
For my experience food is all around, but locked in specific area. I noticed that you can “farm” specific food eating it again and again and it will stack. I usually stack them to 200% before changing to next area.
 
 
That map is made with Stegosaur in mind, so i don´t believe it will help much with others.
