This bug can be explained

Hello friends. This guide is about the game breaking bug that was discovered in Dungeon Siege 3. I am one of those lucky ones who has it.
 
 
This bug apparently occurs when you try to exploding the section in the Glitterdelvemine. To prevent enemies from entering the mines you will need to blow up two spots. Each area that you are to blow up is protected from enemies and one Aluvian lieutenant. These lieutenants have a flame effect surrounding them that causes anything near them to be set on fire.
 
 
Studying other posts about this bug from 2011, it seems that it happens if you die in the area around the lieutenants. This could be the source of the bug. In an older post, one person mentioned that the enemies don't spawn correctly. This happens only when you die during these fights. This bug will be present if you ever die in the area just after the save point. An older post from 2011 mentions that someone has tested this and that it is the reason.
 
 
This bug can also happen if you have two places to blow-up the mines with 2 different lieutenants. This bug can happen if your body is in contact with any of the aluvian placetenants.
 
 
If you die on the mobs of lieutenants, it can cause the bug to happen if the victim continues to die. DO NOT USE THE EXPLODING MINECRAFT TO DESTROY YOU. If you die, you're screwed. Use the below method to fix it.
 
 
 

This is how you can bypa*s the bug.

So how do you bypa*s this bug. There is a way around this bug before you can even speak to the queen of the tumbledown court. MAKE SURE TO SAVE INSIDE MANY POSTS IN YOUR SAVES SPOTS. This will allow you to save in multiple slots before you fight the aluvian lieutenants. Also, try not to get killed in these battles or by the mobs you encounter there. Save your life after the second mine entrance is reached and before you confront the second aluvian lieutenant.
 
 
You cannot fix this issue with mods, so it is a good idea to keep a backup of your data just in case.
