Unlocks seem to come quite quickly in this game, but if they’re still not coming fast enough for you, you can unlock everything by following the steps below:
 
 
1. Open your save game file in notepad. The save game file is located here: “C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\ZeroTheCat\Mainframe\persistent.sav”
 
2. Near the end of the file you will see the values “storedResearch” and “unitUnlockProgress”, set these to around 90000 so that it looks something like this: storedResearch”:90000,”unitUnlockProgress”:90000.
 
3. Launch the game, start a run and unlock any research you wish to. Unlocking everything will trigger the “RND” Achievement.
 
4. Immediately abandon the run, this will unlock all the mechs.
