Voice optimization

I have been playing Cs-Go for a while, and some of my friends have a bad mic. My friend RED suggested to me to enable VoIP.
 
This feature is available in settings and allows you to have clear in-game voices. Try it. For better accessibility, you can use the thumb button of a gaming mouse to voice chat.
